Delivery/Collection
Drop-off and pickup of products will take place in the center of Santa Cruz das Flores, at a place and time to be agreed between the customer and an employee, in order to ensure greater convenience.
Security deposit
When booking the equipment, a pre-authorization of €200 will be made by card or in cash.

At the end of the rental, this amount will be fully released, provided that all equipment is returned undamaged.
In the event of damage, an amount will be charged in accordance with the penalty table in force, up to a maximum limit of 200 euros.
Awareness
We inform you that, according to Decree-Law No. 51/2015, camping outside campsites is expressly prohibited.
The nature of Flores Island is unique and delicate .
Anyone who visits it has the responsibility to respect and protect it.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel the Base Pack, you must do so through "airbnb" and follow the platform's cancellation policy.
If you wish to cancel the remaining packs, you must contact us.
Refunds are only made
up to 14 days before the arrival date, after this date refunds are no longer possible.
